PwC has further strengthened its tax team in Jersey by appointing two new senior managers at the firm. Anthony Chandlen, who specialises in asset management, including cross border tax structuring, has more than 18 years’ experience in financial services, 15 of those on taxation matters. The current Chairman of the Jersey branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Anthony is also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and Chartered Institute of Taxation. Prior to joining PwC, he spent eight years at another professional services firm in Jersey and a year in London working for its Real Estate team. Most recently, he has spent two years at Jersey Finance. Andrew Bougourd has also been appointed as a senior manager, specialising in personal and offshore trust company taxation. He has more than 20 years’ experience working for professional service practices and trust companies. A qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, he was called to the Bar in 2013. He has held a number of directorships at both local accountancy firms and trust companies and has supported clients on a range of taxation issues, including areas such as property, complex trust matters and tax investigations.
