Your body is a temple…work it out in a church

BodyRox Gym has a fantastic position near Sand Street car-park in a cleverly converted church. It is owned by a local family who have over 20 years of training experience; so you know you will be in good hands.

State of the art equipment abounds, all bought for the new install. They also have some very unique items. There is no joining fee and once you are a member you get an indepth induction, teaching you about each machine. In addition, there is always someone on hand to give training advice and assistance when you need it! Whether you want to check you are using a machine correctly so you can get the best results or want advice on supplements, the BodyRox team are friendly, approachable and ready to help.
If you think you need a bit more motivation and guidance they also have Personal Trainers available.
