Dona Antonia Reserva
Porto, Ferreira
has a wonderful red colour with intense tawny shades due to its slow maturation in oak casks. Ferreira is the favourite Port of Portugal and Dona Antonia is also a favourite on the export market. It has an intense bouquet of very ripe fruits, plums and apricots and also a hint of marmalade. Slow oxidation evolving from maturation in wood gives spiciness and dried rich fruit flavours. Although quite full-bodied Dona Antonia has a delicate and elegant finish and it can be served on its own or with many desserts or cheeses.

Marques de Caceres Rioja Reserva 2004
This has been matured in oak casks 22 months and then a further 2 years in bottle before release. This outstanding vintage offers a Reserva wine with a dark ruby colour, an intense bouquet of forest fruits and very refined oak in the background. Great concentration of fruit, well integrated tannins and complexity giving a luscious full finish. Marques de Caceres Reserva 2004 will marry well with fresh tuna steak, many beef recipes including roast or grilled; duck, partridge and game dishes as well as mature cheeses.
