Andium Homes and Waddington Architects have given us an exclusive look at the plans to build 122 new homes on the Jersey Gas site.
The project will deliver the regeneration of one of St Helier’s last brownfield sites, including a linear, connective extension to Millenium Park, 122 new homes and 150 below ground public car park spaces.
Estimated completion 2023.
